All written work done fulfilling the requirements for the Honors Project is to be deposited in the College Library in a form specified by the Library Committee.
The Spring deadline for submission to the Library is Friday, May 20, 2016, at 5PM.

§ Color Images:
If the project includes any color images, tables, graphs, etc., attach an appendix which reproduces them in black & white (grayscale). This appendix may simply be labeled “Color images in black & white.” Alternatively, submit the images as JPEG or PDF files on an accompanying CD Gold disc. Do not write on the disk, instead Attach a piece of paper to the case (or enclose it in the case), with your name, the title of the project, and “2016.”
If your project includes a sound recording, submit the recording as a WAV or AIFF format file on an accompanying CD Gold disc. Do not write on the disk, instead Attach a piece of paper to the case (or enclose it in the case), with your name, the title of the project, length in minutes, and “2016.”
§ Moving Images:
If your project includes moving images, submit those as low-compression files on accompanying miniDVs or DVDs. Do not write on the disc, instead attach a piece of paper to the case (or enclose it in the case), with your name, the title of your submission, the length in minutes, the file format, and “2016.”
§ Data Sets and Electronic Data:
If your project includes electronic data, programs, or other information in electronic formats not addressed above, your project may require special handling for archival preservation. Please contact Kat Stefko, Director, George J. Mitchell Department of Special Collections & Archives, at 725-3096.
§ Labeling: Please don't write directly on the CD or DVD: attach a piece of paper with your name, project title, year of submission, file format, and length or duration, as appropriate.
